THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR

Loosen up and let's try marketing our books with personalities rather than numbers.
Since I am always innovating and thinking outside the box, it occured to me that we could add humor to our marketing strategy to amuse our book buyers and thus get some happy readings on the roll.
For a change, put yourself in the position of a book purchaser. Now imagine a book that would cost the buyer $20 being listed as "One Jackson." Methinks that would be fun once folks got used to it.
An e-book costing $1 would be listed as "One Washington"
A book selling for $5 would be listed as "One Lincoln"
A modest book selling for $10 would be listed: "One Hamilton"
A slightly expensive book costing $50 would be listed as "One Grant"
A really expensive book being marketed for $100 would be listed as "One Franklin"
A super book costing $500 would be listed as "One Mckinley"
If you think this is a joke, let me remind you that just as sex sells everything, humor too can sell a ton of your books.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
