Since the constitution does not require legal qualifications to sit on the Supreme Court, I would vote for a 21 year old to sit in there. After all, 21 year old Jordan Spieth just strategized and won the Masters golf tournament in Augusta Georgia this weekend.
If a 21 year old can train and qualify to fly A billion dollar B-2 bomber, s/he can certainly sit in my Supreme Court to dwell on life matters.
A mediocre 21 year old is somewhat better than a high maintenance old school judge dealing with new age issues such as abortion and LGBT matters.
Isn't the Supreme Court about good judgement?
Don't get me wrong, I am certainly not advocating for just any 21 year old who can chew gum and walk backwards. I am referring to the kind of 21 year olds that can handle a race car (or a golf cart for that matter) at 220+ miles per hour, while maintaining their mental faculties.
